There are no refunds offered to those who have paid the registration fee for either in-person or online attendance at the Conference. Attendees may switch between in-person and online registration by contacting secretary-emeritus@nicotine-anonymous.org any time.

In-person registrants who are unable to attend may receive a 50% refund, if their cancellation request is received by the ConferenceChair@Nicotine-Anonymous.org at least 30 days prior to the first day of the Conference.

No refunds offered for in-person cancellations, if the are received 30 days or less before the first day of the Conference.
